In June 2022 we were commissioned by the Barcelona agency Falca, in collaboration with Parisian producers, to organise a shoot for the BUFF® brand.
The client’s brief was to create photo and video content in an Alpine setting.
Our mission began by selecting a mountain massif that met the client’s criteria: lake, mountain, varied terrain for different sporting activities and, last but not least, close to train stations and airports. We chose the Beaufortain massif, with a base camp in Bourg-St-Maurice.
Careful scouting led us to plan two days of optimised filming across eight original spots, at the height of the summer season on 18 and 19 July.
As an operational partner for and in collaboration with the producers, we managed the logistics of the shoot, ensuring the mobility of the 18-person production team (clients, photographers, videographers, models, stylists, etc.).
Our little extra: the creation of a fitting room and the management of mobile catering in Jean Lain Campervans, for practicality and flexibility in the mountains!
