MARTIN FOURCADE NORDIC FESTIVAL

Support the organization of the Martin Fourcade Nordic Festival with our human relations management skills

The Martin Fourcade Nordique Festival is THE Nordic festival of the summer, which has been held for three years on the Paquier, in Annecy. This major event is animated by official races, a village of expositors and concerts. For two years now, the agency has had the pleasure of working with Alexis Boeuf, Martin Fourcade and their teams.

Upstream and on the ground, we have operated as volunteer managers, notably on :
– Needs: identification of missions with the sector managers
– Resources: recruitment of competent personnel
– Assignments: allocation of volunteers to operational tasks

On site, we also managed the catering, to ensure the catering of the providers, the staff and the volunteers.

Finally, we operated on the coordination of the radio PC, in order to facilitate the good communication between all the sector leaders, staff and volunteers.

En amont et sur le terrain, nous avons opéré en tant que responsables bénévoles, notamment sur  :
• Les besoins : identifications des missions avec les chefs de secteurs
• Les ressources : recrutement du personnel compétent
• Les affectations : répartition des bénévoles sur les tâches opérationnelles

Sur place également, nous avons géré le catering, pour d’assurer la restauration des prestataires, du staff et des bénévoles.

Enfin, nous avons opéré sur la coordination du PC radio, afin de faciliter la bonne communication entre tous les chefs de secteurs, staff et bénévoles.
