Project
History
The Martin Fourcade Nordic Festival is THE Nordic festival of the summer, held for the past five years at Le Paquier in Annecy.
This flagship event, which attracted 39,300 festival-goers, features official races, an exhibitors’ village, and concerts. The agency has now had the pleasure of working with Alexis Boeuf, Martin Fourcade, and their organizational teams for four editions.
Upstream and on the ground, we have acted as volunteer managers, notably in the following areas:
• Requirements: identifying tasks with sector managers
• Resources: recruiting competent staff
• Assignments: assigning volunteers to operational tasks
In addition, we have worked in tandem with the general manager to coordinate the Organization Control Room. The goal is to facilitate effective communication between all sector managers, staff, and volunteers.
Since 2024, we have been offering support to the communications team. This includes creating live content and community management.
