History
The Sherpa Supermarché cooperative asked us in September 2022 to organize a promotional tour for their “Terre de l’Alpe” range through the French Alps.
On the program of the fifty dates: free tasting of local products, near Sherpa supermarkets in ski resorts.
To meet the demand, we took up some challenges:
The time constraint.
To imagine an optimized road-show with the idea of 1 day = 1 resort on fifty dates, with the objective of encouraging short term accommodation in the valley for the animators.
The constraint of the stand.
Design a functional, light and robust tool. Easy to assemble and disassemble, adaptable to all weather conditions and to the particularities of each location.
The logistic constraint.
Customize the interior of the “Terre de l’Alpe Tour” vehicle to facilitate the storage of the stand each day and the deployment of the next day.
The constraint of recruitment.
To look for an autonomous pair for this operation in the mountains with a good feeling for the animation. We promoted a “dream job” with very attractive conditions. In addition to covering the costs of accommodation, food and travel, we defined a generous budget for alpine activities.
After two months of work between office and field for the tests… The tour started on December 18th and ended on March 11th 2023.
In parallel to the editing and animation, we told the adventure of TomTom & Lala, our two animators, through Instagram stories & a dedicated movie.
Finally, in order to collect data, we used a photobooth with a background and disguises, so that holidaymakers could leave with their memories.
Testimonies
“Feel Expérience’s major and indispensable asset is its knowledge of the mountains. By choosing them to organize our “regional product tasting” roadshow, we knew we were in good hands: anticipated weather conditions, verified accessibility, design of an attractive and functional stand…”
“It was a powerful experience. Meeting all the members… it was emotionally and personally intense. We discovered a profession, we discovered the members, they are extremely passionate and they shared their values with us.”
“I think doing 50 stations in one season will remain a unique experience. We met lots of people, it was really great! Whether it was between us and the members, or between us and the customers… In terms of life experience, it was just unique and incredible.”
“A very good initiative by the Cooperative, to be repeated. It creates a really nice atmosphere and showcases TDA products. For us managers, it’s also an opportunity to spend some very enjoyable time with our customers, as the two hosts take care of everything.”
