The Paradiski Comedy Club was born from a simple idea: transforming travel time into a true experience at the heart of the Paradiski ski area.
The Vanoise Express, the iconic cable car linking Les Arcs / Peisey-Vallandry to La Plagne, crosses the valley in four minutes. We chose to turn those four minutes into a live performance.
Rather than adding a one-off animation, we designed an activation seamlessly integrated into the existing infrastructure. Each Vanoise Express cabin becomes an intimate stage: one artist, one microphone, an audience suspended above the valley. The journey is no longer purely functional; it becomes a meaningful moment within the overall ski area experience.
A long-standing client, Paradiski entrusted us with the creation of a new event signature, aligned with its core promise: connecting ski areas… and connecting the unexpected.
From strategic thinking to full operational delivery, we supported the project from A to Z. Concept development of a unique format, 3D design plans scaled to the cabins, technical coordination, site surveys, real-condition testing, installation and dismantling: every step was carefully engineered to ensure seamless integration, without disrupting the operation of the Vanoise Express or the flow of the ski area.
To bring strong artistic credibility to the project, we partnered Paradiski with the Métro Comedy Club, a collective renowned for performances in unconventional venues. Together, we created a world first: the highest comedy club in the world, set inside a moving cable car.
The Paradiski Comedy Club stands as a true signature project: an original creation combining concept, design, development and operational excellence. A client experience designed to offer a moment of relaxation, surprise and unexpected laughter, fully embedded within the skiers’ journey.
