History
Salomon & François d’Haene asked us to design an ultra trail unlike any other. An ambitious challenge!
Six months of intensive work between the office and the field, in order to organize a new event format, worthy of the athlete and his partners.
A new brand was born with…
• VISION: To experience authentic human adventures in the mountains.
• PROMISE: Embody the spirit of François d’Haene
• MISSION: Share experiences in the Beaufortain region during ultra trail events
• VALUES: Authenticity, premium quality, responsibility
• IDENTITY: Sleek, refined, natural
Operationally, we surrounded ourselves with local players and put together a team of 75 people, each an expert in their field. In year three, we are doing the same thing again, but moving further east of the Beaufortain Massif. Changing the location of the base camp, known as “Bivouac,” was a major challenge for the agency in 2024. This new location was a success thanks to site visits, terrain analysis, and the creation of large-scale logistics plans.
Finally, we paid particular attention to measuring and limiting our carbon footprint. With the support of Air Coop, we are the first to test a new tool to help organize events that are more respectful of the planet. For more information on our commitments, visit the ULTRA SPIRIT website.
Testimonies
““The three days got better and better! We had a wonderful adventure with the teams and staff. The riders were able to push themselves as hard as they wanted, each at their own level, with great values and mutual support, especially from the staff.”“
“Another huge BRAVO for this first edition! The values, the atmosphere, the courses… all the ingredients were there and the chemistry was incredible! Have a good recovery now.”
“It was crazy, we had a blast! Both on the trails and at the campsite, the atmosphere was incredible! Even though trail running isn’t our favorite sport, we’re ready to sign up for future editions! Thank you to the organizers, volunteers, and everyone who contributed to this wonderful event!”
