Support for the UTMB Group in setting up this new space
For the 21st edition of the HOKA UTMB Mont-Blanc, we collaborated with the UTMB Group to design, coordinate and set up the Fan Experience, an immersive space located in the heart of the Ultra-Trail Village in Chamonix. This 600 m² space, free and open to all, allowed trail enthusiasts, athletes, families and visitors to come together around the excitement of this event.
Strategic coordination ahead of the event
Our team was involved from the early stages of the project’s design. We brought our expertise to bear in establishing a rich and varied programme for the week. This included coordinating the various service providers and partners, planning speaking times, preparing activities and creating communication materials.
Rigorous on-site management
On site, Justine managed and coordinated the Fan Experience throughout the week. Her main tasks were managing timings, supervising volunteers, setting up infrastructure and welcoming all stakeholders.
