VARS MOUNTAIN TRAIL
Mission
Boost attendance at the Vars ski resort in summer thanks to a sporting and family event.
Project
Vars’ ski resort, in the Hautes-Alpes department, is a privileged place for outdoor sport practice, and one of the staplist place for the trail running. But as many ski resort , the summer season needs strong events to rise its attendance. It is exactly the purpose of the Vars mountain trail, organised for 8 years now.
Five different types of race are created, including a children race, which cover a large range of customers. Each summer, almost 2500 peoples meet in Vars to run on the summits or cheer their family and friends in a festive atmosphere. Our strengths on this event : our mountain field knowledge and our reactivity to anticipate the unpredictable, a timed organisation and competent team leaders, and also an efficient and focused communication plan to insure a large media cover.
